Charles E. Graham, Sr. was born to Raymond and Leola Graham on August 22, 1944, the youngest of six children.  He was raised in a Godly home in Tampa, Florida until he moved to San Diego, California as a teenager.  After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Castle Air Force Base in Merced, California.  At nineteen years old, while in the Air Force, he rededicated his life to Christ;   being filled with the Holy Ghost, and baptized in Jesus’ name at Bethesda Apostolic Church in Fresno, California, where Bishop H. L. Johnson was the Pastor.

Pastor Graham married his wife, Naomi Johnson, on October 1, 1967.  They are the parents of two children, Charles, Jr. (his wife, Charlie) and Adrienne Laney (her husband, Solyn), and grandparents of five grandchildren, Charles III, Cameron, Chandler, Samantha, and Audrey.

While at Bethesda Apostolic Church, Pastor Graham served faithfully for 30 years in many areas of the church; to include service to the Youth department, Sunday school, Choir, Brotherhood and Deacon Board.  He later began his pastoral ministry there as Assistant Pastor and served in that capacity for 14 years.

In 1994, Pastor Graham was recommended to serve as Pastor of a church in Modesto, California that was in need of restoration.  He shared his desire with his wife and they agreed to work together in ministry.  He served there for three years.  On December 13, 1997, Pastor Graham and his wife, Naomi, were officially installed as Pastor and First Lady of True Light Apostolic Faith Church, now known as True Light Worship Center in Stockton, California. They continue to serve and be a blessing to the body of Christ.   Our Pastor has a passion for teaching the word of God and equipping the members of True Light for kingdom work.

In addition, Pastor Graham has served as District Elder, providing leadership to seven churches as well as two terms as Vice Chairman of the California District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.  His community service includes Chaplain for the Stockton Police Department and Mentor at Franklin High School.

In 2014, the California District Council was expanded into three separate councils. Pastor Graham was appointed to serve on the history-making realignment committee. Called to greater service, Pastor Graham was elevated to serve as a Suffragan Bishop in the newly formed Northern California District Council by the Honorable Bishop Noel Jones.
